PX Project is a non-profit organization based in Houston, TX. In late 2025, critically acclaimed restaurant, Tatemó, freshly awarded their 2nd year on the famed Michelin Guide.

Lead by the tenacious, Chef Emmanuel Chavez, Tatemó crafted a Michelin caliber experience for the participants of PX Project.
